D Series Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps / D Series
As mechanical tyoe vacuum pump equipped with a pair of constant pitch screws in pump housing, LG series screw vacuum pump canrealize the gas intake and exhaust by the synchronous rolation of the two screws in high speed. The two dynamic balanced screws aresupported by bearings and installed within pump chamber. There are clearances between the two screws and the pump housing, sothe pump operation can be smooth and with a low noise and free of lubricant in the pump chamber. The dry screw pump can be usedto pump the gases that contain a mass of vapor and a small guantily of paricles. lt is also an environmentally friendly andand it is theenergy-saving vacuum pump. Generaly the pump has the advantages in energy conservaion and easy maintenances, updated vacuum pump replacing an oil seal vacuum pump, liquid-ring vacuum pump and reciprocating vacuum pump。
